Community Initiative

Apprenticeship Program

Connecting experienced senior professionals and new graduates through volunteer mentorship, practical guidance, and career support.

Purpose

Respecting experience. Supporting future generations.

The Apprenticeship Program is a community-focused volunteer initiative. It is separate from Qentro's business services and is not a paid consulting offering.

Its purpose is simple: help new graduates gain real-world guidance while giving experienced professionals a meaningful way to share their knowledge.

Who It Serves

Two groups. One shared purpose.

Volunteer Mentors

Retired, semi-retired, or experienced professionals who are willing to share career advice, practical knowledge, project feedback, and encouragement.

New Graduates

Students and early-career professionals looking for guidance, confidence, workplace understanding, and exposure to real-world professional expectations.

How It Works

Simple, practical, and volunteer-based.

01

Mentors and graduates submit their background, interests, and availability.

02

Review

We review profiles to understand goals, experience, and possible fit.

03

Match

When there is a good fit, we connect mentors and graduates for conversations or project guidance.

04

Support

Participants learn, share, and grow through mentorship and practical career support.

Mentor Signup

Volunteer as a mentor

Share your professional experience with new graduates and people who want guidance to grow into, or grow stronger in, a professional role.

Graduate Signup

Join as a new graduate or career learner

Connect with experienced professionals who can provide practical guidance as you start your career, explore a role, or develop further in a role you already have.

Note

Built for mentorship, learning, and community support.

This volunteer program is designed to support people, not to sell a business service. Matches may depend on mentor availability and fit.
